Meet Mia

With her striking blue eyes, dramatic black smoke tuxedo coat, and bold personality, Mia has the kind of presence that instantly gets your attention. She is playful, intelligent, and wonderfully expressive — the kind of kitten who does not simply watch life happen around her. She prefers to supervise it directly.

Mia is adventurous and curious, but she is also very affectionate with her people. One minute she is in the middle of kitten chaos, and the next she is curled up sweetly as if she had absolutely nothing to do with what happened five minutes earlier.

Her Color & Markings

Mia is a black smoke with white, often described as a tuxedo because of the dramatic contrast between her dark coat and crisp white markings.

Her black outer coat hides a lighter silver-white undercoat beneath. As she moves or her coat parts, that pale undercoat becomes visible and creates the smoky effect that gives the color its name.

Her white chest, paws, and facial accents add even more contrast, while her bright blue eyes make her expression especially striking. As her adult Maine Coon coat continues to develop, the difference between the dark outer coat and pale smoke underneath may become even more dramatic.
